- We help you with hiring a quality Home Inspector from our list of Certified Home Inspectors that will give you all the information you will need about the home you are purchasing
- And, we are able to give you guidance on the Home Inspection Report and how you should respond or negotiate for repairs
- We will work with you on options if the Mortgage Appraisal is short on value. (With your permission, we will work with your Mortgage Lender to work around any discrepancies.)
- WE NEVER know any confidential information that you may share with your Lender OR anyone you use OR anyone we would recommend to you
- We are by your side every step of the way until closing!
- ...Even afer closing! We NEVER disappear. Always here to help with questions, service providers, etc.
